Chegou o dia. Depois de duas semanas de testes fechados, o Truck GPS está na Google Play para todo mundo. É uma versão grande, então vamos por partes.

🚀 Novo / Melhorado

  • O GPS fala. As manobras em voz alta e os avisos de balança e pedágio na estrada à frente. São dois interruptores separados: dá para calar o passo a passo e continuar ouvindo a balança, ou o contrário.
  • Euro Truck Simulator 2, além do American Truck Simulator.
  • Três idiomas: português, inglês e espanhol.
  • Filtros em camadas. Cada categoria guarda o próprio ponto escolhido: a rota da entrega fica, e a da oficina onde você quer passar antes entra ao lado dela.
  • A hora do jogo no mapa, com o dia da semana, e o prazo da carga junto da hora de chegada, para saber se dá para entregar antes de parar para dormir.
  • Aviso de fim de frete: quanto rendeu, quanto avariou, quanta folga sobrou do prazo e quanto você rodou a mais do que o contrato previa.
  • Visual novo, com a letra, a marca e as cores do Truck GPS.
  • Conta com o Google. A tela Conta mostra o seu plano, a cota do dia e desde quando a conta existe.

⭐ O plano grátis e o PRO

O Truck GPS agora tem dois planos:

  • Grátis: o aplicativo inteiro, com uma quantidade de quilômetros de rota por dia e um banner discreto no rodapé do mapa.
  • PRO: por assinatura, mensal ou anual, direto na Google Play. Sem banner e com mais rota por dia.
  • Trocou de celular ou reinstalou? O PRO volta sozinho quando você entra com a mesma conta.
  • Se a cota do dia não for dar para a entrega inteira, o aplicativo avisa antes, e não no meio da estrada.

🖥️ Na ponte do PC: 1.0.0

  • Visual novo, no mesmo estilo do aplicativo, e uma tela que mostra num relance se está tudo pronto para jogar.
  • Instalador em três idiomas, e uma desinstalação que não deixa nada para trás.
  • O celular encontra o PC com mais facilidade na sua rede de casa.

🐛 Corrigido

  • A rota trocava sozinha em trevos e viadutos, e depois voltava. Agora ela se mantém até você sair dela de verdade.
  • Alarme falso de "fora da rota" que não parava de falar.
  • A rota fazia bico nas curvas dos trevos; os cantos agora são arredondados.
  • Entrada errada em marginais.
  • O mostrador da bateria acusava defeito com a bateria boa.
  • Rolar uma lista escolhia a linha que estava debaixo do dedo.
  • Letras cortadas nos filtros.

The first public version. Truck GPS arrives on Google Play speaking the turns, working in ATS and ETS2, with a Google account, a free plan and a PRO plan, and a new bridge for the PC.

The day has come. After two weeks of closed testing, Truck GPS is on Google Play for everyone. It's a big release, so let's take it piece by piece.

🚀 New / Improved

  • The GPS talks. Turns out loud, plus warnings for weigh stations and tolls on the road ahead. They are two separate switches: you can mute the turn-by-turn and keep hearing the weigh stations, or the other way around.
  • Euro Truck Simulator 2, as well as American Truck Simulator.
  • Three languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
  • Layered filters. Each category keeps its own chosen spot: the delivery route stays, and the route to the workshop you want to stop at first shows up next to it.
  • Game time on the map, with the day of the week, and the cargo deadline next to the arrival time, so you know whether you can deliver before stopping to sleep.
  • End-of-job summary: how much you earned, how much damage you took, how much time was left before the deadline and how far you drove beyond what the contract planned.
  • New look, with Truck GPS's own type, logo and colours.
  • Sign in with Google. The Account screen shows your plan, today's quota and how long the account has existed.

⭐ The free plan and PRO

Truck GPS now has two plans:

  • Free: the whole app, with a daily amount of route kilometres and a discreet banner at the bottom of the map.
  • PRO: a subscription, monthly or yearly, right on Google Play. No banner and more route per day.
  • New phone or reinstalled? PRO comes back on its own when you sign in with the same account.
  • If today's quota won't cover the whole delivery, the app warns you up front, not in the middle of the road.

🖥️ On the PC bridge: 1.0.0

  • New look, in the same style as the app, and a screen that shows at a glance whether everything is ready to play.
  • Installer in three languages, and an uninstall that leaves nothing behind.
  • The phone finds the PC more easily on your home network.

🐛 Fixed

  • The route switched on its own at interchanges and overpasses, and then switched back. Now it holds until you really leave it.
  • False "off route" alarm that wouldn't stop talking.
  • The route made sharp points on interchange curves; the corners are rounded now.
  • Wrong entry onto frontage roads.
  • The battery gauge reported a fault with a healthy battery.
  • Scrolling a list picked the row under your finger.
  • Clipped text in the filters.
